At ink. Boise, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and things come up that may cause you to need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we also have a high demand for appointments and want to be fair to all our clients.

There is a 20% non-refundable fee to schedule an appointment. This fee is required to secure your spot and is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. This fee will be credited toward your service. i.e. If you decide to cancel your appointment and not reschedule, you will get $400.00 of the paid $500.00 refunded back to the card used to purchase. Cash and credit card are accepted; checks are not accepted.

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule more than three times, this will result in charge of 50% of your appointment treatment, on top of the appointment fee.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled. If you are rescheduled more than three times, this will result in charge of 50% of your appointment treatment, on top of the appointment fee.

If you do not call or don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, it will result in an automatic charge of your total appointment price.

Before every procedure your approval is obtained prior to final selection of color to be implanted and design application(s), that all the facts about cosmetic tattooing have either been disclosed or discussed with you, and that you have been given the full opportunity to have any and all questions answered. ink. Boise Brows & Beauty employs a NO REFUND policy for all procedures.

If you are sick, getting sick, or have had any symptoms in the last 5-7 days, reschedule your appointment with proper notice. If you come to your appointment sick, or show signs/symptoms, the appointment will be rescheduled.

We understand that extenuating circumstances may prevent you from giving us 24 hours' notice, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to helping you achieve your desired look.
